Typical Formula (Gummy Peelables – China): Glucose syrup, sugar, water, gelatine, food starch, acidity regulators (citric acid E330, malic acid E296), gelling agents (pectin), flavourings, colourings (e.g. E102, E110, E129, E133), vegetable oil (coconut or palm), glazing agents (carnauba wax).
Flavour Variants: Mango, banana, grape, and peach flavour systems using corresponding fruit esters and colour blends.
