Our store is hosted on WordPress with WooCommerce, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.

5. Products and services
Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy.
We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display them exactly as they appear in person.
We reserve the right to limit sales to any individual, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. Product descriptions and pricing may be updated at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the quality of any product or service will meet your expectations, or that errors in the Service will always be corrected.
6. Orders and account information
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include orders placed under the same account, using the same payment method, or shipped to the same address. If we cancel or change an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or phone.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date purchase and account information, including your email address and payment details, to ensure smooth processing of your orders.
7. Subscriptions
Mystery Box subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You can cancel, pause, or skip at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle — we are unable to refund boxes that have already been dispatched.
8. Mystery Boxes
Mystery Box contents are selected by our team and vary each month. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference for Mystery Box contents. The surprise element is a fundamental part of the product. If items arrive damaged or expired, we will arrange a replacement in line with our Returns Policy.
9. Delivery
UK Standard delivery: 3–5 business days (£3.99). UK Express: 1–2 business days (£6.99). Free delivery on UK orders over £40. We currently deliver within the UK only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers.
10. Allergens
Our products are imported snacks that may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, sesame, and other allergens. All items are packed in a shared environment and we cannot guarantee allergen-free packaging. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk. If you have severe allergies, please do not order from us.
11. Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards do not expire from the date of purchase and are only redeemable on snackshaul.com.
12. Snack Chips loyalty programme
Snack Chips are earned through purchases at a rate of 1 chip per £1 spent. 100 Snack Chips can be redeemed for £2 off an order. Snack Chips have no cash value and are not transferable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time. Any existing Snack Chips balance will be honoured for 12 months following any programme changes.
13. Third-party tools and links
We may provide access to third-party tools or link to external websites. These are offered “as is” without any warranty or endorsement from us. Your use of such tools or sites is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s own terms and conditions.
We are not liable for any harm or damages resulting from purchases or interactions with third-party websites or services.
14. User content and feedback
Any submissions you send us — whether ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content — may be used by us without restriction or compensation. You agree that your submissions will not infringe on the rights of any third party, contain unlawful or offensive material, or include malware or harmful code.
We may monitor, edit, or remove content that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms, though we are under no obligation to do so.

If we believe you have breached any provision, we may terminate your access immediately and without notice. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts owed up to the date of termination.

These Terms, together with any policies or rules posted on this site, represent the complete agreement between you and SnacksHaul. Our failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
