How long does delivery take?
UK Standard: 3–5 business days. UK Express: 1–2 business days. All orders include tracking.
How much is shipping?
UK Standard: £3.99. UK Express: £6.99. Orders over £40 get free UK delivery!
Is there a minimum order?
No — you can order as little or as much as you like. There’s no minimum spend.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently deliver within the UK only. Follow us on social media to be the first to know when international shipping launches!
Can I track my order?
Yes — once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check in My Account → Orders.

What’s in the Mystery Box?
Each box is curated with a surprise selection of imported snacks, sweets, drinks, and treats from around the world. The contents change every month — that’s the fun!
Can I choose what goes in my box?
You can choose a country focus (Japan, USA, Korea, or Surprise Me) when ordering, but the specific items are always a surprise.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Log into My Account, find your subscription, and click Cancel. No fees, no questions asked.
Can I skip a month?
Yes — subscribers can pause or skip any month from their account dashboard.
Allergies & Dietary
Do your products contain allergens?
Yes — our imported snacks may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, and other allergens. Each product includes an ingredients card. We pack in a shared environment and cannot guarantee allergen-free boxes. Please do not order if you have severe allergies.
Are your products halal/vegan/vegetarian?
Our boxes contain a mix of products and we cannot guarantee specific dietary boxes at this time. We’re working on it — follow us on social media for updates!

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in £10, £20, £30, £50, and £100 amounts. After purchase, you’ll receive a unique code to share with your recipient. They enter the code at checkout to redeem. Buy a gift card →
How do gift cards work?
Purchase a gift card, receive a unique code in your order confirmation email, then share it with the lucky recipient via text, WhatsApp, or in a card. They enter the code at checkout and the amount is deducted from their order. Gift cards never expire.
