Each variant combines chewy noodles with the signature spicy Buldak sauce, while flavour-specific powders or additions (such as cheese or cream) create distinct taste profiles ranging from fiery to creamy and savoury.

Original / 2x Spicy Sauce: Water, artificial chicken flavour, soy sauce (soy, wheat), sugar, chilli extract, red pepper powder, soybean oil, onion, garlic, flavour enhancers (E621, E635), paprika extract (E160c), black pepper, curry powder, acidity regulator (E330).
2x Spicy Variation: Higher concentration of chilli extract and capsaicin, intensified seasoning blend, additional spice extracts for extreme heat.
Cheese Variant: Original spicy sauce + cheese powder (cheddar cheese powder (milk), whey powder (milk), butter powder (milk), sugar, salt, emulsifier (E322), anti-caking agent (E551)).
Quattro Cheese: Spicy sauce base + blended cheese seasoning (mozzarella, cheddar, camembert, gouda cheese powders (milk), whey powder, cream powder, butter powder, sugar, salt, flavour enhancers (E621), emulsifier (E322)).
Carbonara: Spicy sauce (reduced heat) + creamy powder (milk powder, cream powder, cheese powder (milk), sugar, garlic, onion, parsley, bacon-style flavouring, emulsifier (E322), anti-caking agent (E551)).
Rosé: Spicy sauce base (milder) + cream and tomato seasoning (tomato powder, milk powder, cream powder, sugar, garlic, onion, herbs, cheese flavouring, emulsifier (E322), acidity regulator).
Vegetable Flakes (varies): Dried cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, seaweed (in some variants).
