We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and include tracking as standard.

📬 Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

During busy periods (sales, launches, or holiday seasons), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We’ll always keep you updated by email.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Your Order page.

📦 Packaging

We pack every order with care. Items are bubble-wrapped and secured to minimise damage during transit. Drinks and glass items are individually wrapped for extra protection. If anything does arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll sort it out — see our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

🌍 International Shipping

We don’t currently offer international shipping, but it’s something we’re working on. Follow us on Instagram @snackshaul to be the first to know when we expand.

🎁 Mystery Box Shipping

Mystery Boxes follow the same delivery timeframes as regular orders. Classic and Premium boxes include free UK delivery as standard. Treat Boxes follow the standard shipping rates above.
